This is a ramped up rehearsal space with 2 room isolation, a window and a chill couch.

Fully equipped with tons of half broken, amazing sounding amplifiers, drums, strung + unstrung instruments and alternatively approached sound objects. Optional 1/4" 8 Track tape if you want your recording to sound like it was recorded on an obsolete machine, 8 channels of Audient Mic Pres, 2 channels DBX Tube Mic Pres + late 90s digi. Lots of classic mics - RE20, 421, M88, TLM, 57, 58, ETC.

This is not a professional studio by any stretch, but it works well, sounds really good and you can party while you jam. Occasional bleed from neighboring jam bands at no extra cost.
